Dementia Education - promoting a better understanding of dementia
Elder Family Matters is pleased to offer opportunities to explore and learn how we can understand dementia and the experience of people living with dementia.
Learn about dementia in a supportive environment with others who have a desire to improve the quality of life for people living with dementia.The audience for these workshops may include:
ContentWorkshop one: Understanding dementia and how it affects a person’s life.Workshop two: Promoting positive interactions with a person living with dementia. Workshop three: Exploring and selecting resources in the local area to support people living with dementia.
